DanceFight and The Sandbox have partnered up to bring you a unique collection of 3130 playable (and danceable) voxel avatars. Each avatar represents the creative vision and IRL movement of one of the world’s top street dancers, brought into The Sandbox from the DanceFight community. The avatars reflect the joy, imagination, diversity, passion and talent of these amazing humans, and brings all of this together into a fun-packed first-of-its-kind collection!

The Wild Ones were created to support a community of dancers who are extraordinarily talented but who typically haven’t enjoyed the recognition or economic opportunities they deserve. The street dancers on the DanceFight mobile app are part of a community that’s breaking that cycle. And part of how they’re doing that is by coming to The Sandbox through The Wild Ones collection. The dancers are beyond thrilled about this opportunity to share their art with you. In fact, they’ve been directly involved in the themes and design concepts that go into each of their avatars. And because these dancers are set up to receive the majority of sales from each avatar purchase, the Wild Ones have the potential to meaningfully reward this community that brings the world so much beauty, joy, and inspiration.So, we hope you embrace this collection, and that you’re excited to be part of this tidal wave in a sea of sameness. We created HeyMint to provide creators with a completely free alternative to PREMINT because we saw so many creators suffering with the high cost of creating a project.
While both HeyMint and PREMINT are free for collectors to use, PREMINT costs creators 1 ETH, or $1800+, just to run allowlist management.
Many NFT creators, especially with the proliferation of free mint projects, either cannot afford those rates or would rather invest that money in more meaningful ways to move their project forward.
Moreover, we offer creators several features that don't exist with PREMINT, which has caused a number of creators who previously used PREMINT to switch over to our platform.
