About The Fabricant
The Fabricant is a decentralized digital fashion house building the wardrobe of the metaverse via its NFT co-creation platform The Fabricant Studio. It operates at the intersection of fashion, gaming and blockchain, and since 2018 it has been leading the fashion industry towards a future of digital-only clothing. It creates digital couture NFT collectibles and collaborates with fashion and entertainment brands to bring them into the 3D digital fashion space. We created HeyMint to provide creators with a completely free alternative to PREMINT because we saw so many creators suffering with the high cost of creating a project.
While both HeyMint and PREMINT are free for collectors to use, PREMINT costs creators 1 ETH, or $1800+, just to run allowlist management.
Many NFT creators, especially with the proliferation of free mint projects, either cannot afford those rates or would rather invest that money in more meaningful ways to move their project forward.
Moreover, we offer creators several features that don't exist with PREMINT, which has caused a number of creators who previously used PREMINT to switch over to our platform.
