We created HeyMint to provide creators with a completely free alternative to Premint because we saw so many creators suffering with the high cost of creating a project.
While both HeyMint and Premint are free for collectors to use, Premint costs creators 1 ETH, or $1000+, just to run allowlist management.
Many NFT creators, especially with the proliferation of free mint projects, either cannot afford those rates or would rather invest that money in more meaningful ways to move their project forward.
